Overview
The Neuville Basket Club project was a comprehensive endeavor, covering everything from visual identity redesign to the creation and development of the website on Webflow. With around 300 members and decades of history, the club needed a modern and functional website to centralize all essential information. Their previous website was outdated and no longer accessible, so the goal was to create a clear and intuitive platform for both club members and external visitors.
Challenge
The main challenge was ensuring ease of use for administrators who were not web management experts. The site had to be intuitive, with easily modifiable components and a well-structured layout for quick updates. Another key challenge was effectively transferring knowledge to club leaders so they could manage the website independently.
Approach
I built the site using the Webflow Client-First methodology, incorporating reusable components and a clear structure to simplify modifications. I also provided training to the club’s administrators, guiding them through the process of adding content (news, events, practical information) in just a few simple steps. This approach ensures that the club can now manage its website autonomously. The project was well received, with minimal feedback required.
